jojo is now looking for friendly, polished and professional individuals to join our team of support staff. To provide great service, each host must prioritize the duties and responsibilities listed below: - Anticipate and comply with guest needs - Seat guest tables in the dining room according to company standards - Engage guests - Table refresh and appropriate course resets - Table maintenance (refreshing bread, water, coffee) -Deliver accurate, hot (if applicable) food, according to jojo's service standards, to restaurant guests in a timely manner -Assist outside expo in garnishing and plating -Act as a line of defense to ensure consistent food preparation and plating before it leaves the kitchen - Provide general assistance as needed - Provide thorough communication with the restaurant team of servers, managers, and kitchen managers Restaurant experience preferred. Applicants must be mature, accommodating and have the ability to multi-task.
