This includes drawings, inspection documents, tool layouts, offset sheets, operator and setup instructions.\nDuties\nManage onboarding new projects, overseeing the entire process from PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to final delivery.\nDevelop efficient CNC programs for complex parts.\nSelect appropriate tooling for various machining processes, optimizing productivity and maintaining high-quality standards.\nProvide valuable input on fixturing design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.\nInterpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate part specifications using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).\nTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient production runs.\nContinuously improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce cycle times.\nCollaborate with design and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new parts into production.\nStay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency.\nQualifications:\nProficiency in CNC Programming 3-5 axis mills, specifically using Work NC and Mastercam\nCNC Programming ability for 2-axis lathe a plus\nExperience with CAD and CAM programming\nFamiliarity with precision measuring instruments\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot CNC Machining processes\n3-5 years of relevant work experience.\nProficient with computer software to perform required tasks.\nKnowledge of fixture design and manufacturing.\nKnowledge of G code programming and using CAM software\nFull understanding of tooling applications (speed and feeds).\nProficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)\nEducation\nA degree or certificate in CNC Programming preferred\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nWork experience accepted in lieu of a degree.\nWe are ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) certified, therefore all applicants must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.\nAbout Us:\nPatterson Mold and Tool, LLC is a full-service tool and die and precision machined parts manufacturer that has been servicing multiple industries for over 45 years.
