We're looking for a Solutions Architect to partner with prospects and customers to design technical solutions, prove value quickly, and help teams succeed from first evaluation through adoption and expansion.What You'll DoAs a Solutions Architect, you'll be a technical leader in the pre-sales and early post-sales motion—bridging customer needs to Saturn Cloud's platform and product capabilities.Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, workflows, stakeholders, and success criteriaDesign end-to-end solutions using Saturn Cloud (workspaces, orchestration, compute, networking, security, observability)Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiencesBuild proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots, define evaluation plans, and guide customers to measurable outcomesCollaborate with Sales to craft technical strategy for accounts, including solution proposals and implementation approachesPartner with Product and Engineering to communicate field feedback, influence roadmap, and improve onboarding patternsCreate reusable assets: reference architectures, demo environments, best-practice guides, and enablement materialsSupport customer handoff to Customer Success/Support and stay engaged through early adoption milestonesBe a trusted technical advisor on scalability, cost optimization, security posture, and production readinessWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is both hands-on and consultative—able to implement quickly, communicate clearly, and think in systems.Required5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing roleStrong foundations in cloud infrastructure and architecture (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure)Practical experience with Python-based data/ML stacks (e.g., Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)Comfort with containers and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes—direct or adjacent experience)Ability to lead technical discovery, articulate tradeoffs, and build customer trustExcellent communication skills: can translate between business goals and technical implementationUS-based and authorized to work in the USNice to HaveExperience with distributed compute frameworks (Dask, Ray, Spark)Familiarity with MLOps/production ML patterns (model training, deployment, monitoring, feature stores)Knowledge of data platforms and tooling (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow/Prefect, Kafka)Experience with security/compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP—any exposure helpful)Prior startup experience or experience supporting high-velocity sales cyclesWhy Saturn CloudRemote-first culture with a high-trust, high-ownership environmentMission-driven work at the center of modern AI/ML infrastructureCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefitsThe chance to shape the way customers adopt and scale real production ML systemsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryEquityMedical, dental, vision401(k)Flexible PTOApply Here#J-18808-Ljbffr
