Account Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive net new client acquisition across targeted industries adjacent to QSROwn the full sales cycle: lead identification, qualification, opportunity creation, solution alignment, proposal development, SOW creation, negotiation, closing, and handoffBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM disciplineCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution design and deliveryEnable and support partners in executing sales strategiesEnsure seamless customer handoff and alignment on expected outcomesMaintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field3+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, or managed servicesStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomesExperience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional resourcesHigh proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting Preferred QualificationsExperience selling into multi-site environments such as QSR, retail, or hospitalityFamiliarity with connectivity, networking, or communications solutionsBackground in complex or solution-based sales cycles Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Competitive (included in OTE range) On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $80,000-$150,000 (uncapped commission) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and standard benefits package Additional Perks: Remote flexibility, strong commission upside, and career growth opportunities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran's status.
