Data Analyst

Role: Data Analyst/Developer Responsibilities Support ongoing projects including Customer Experience GenAI initiatives Develop and maintain Samsung KPIs using AWS services (Redshift, Athena, and Lambda functions) Utilize SQL, Python, and AWS services (Glue, EMR) to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives. Collaborate with developers, business consultants, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical objectives. Build logic and analyze data for data lake projects. Enable ETL pipelines with quality checks, validations, and data cleansing as needed. Perform ad-hoc analyses across data domains (RAN, SnowFlake DB) Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
