Through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we manage a diverse portfolio of entities and are building a best-in-class financial infrastructure to support continued expansion.We are seeking a highly capable accounting professional to support the financial management of our multi-entity structure, bring discipline to cash flow planning, and assist in executing our acquisition strategy.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with deep Accounting expertise and a proven track record managing multiple entities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong internal controls, leading weekly cash management and forecasting, supporting mergers and acquisitions activity, and driving consolidated financial reporting across the organization.This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, working closely with leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting across multiple legal entitiesMaintain and reconcile general ledgers in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) to begin with. Experience with Net Suire is a plus.Own and drive weekly cash flow forecasting and planningMonitor and optimize cash positions across entities and bank accountsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsLead consolidated financial reporting, including:Multi-entity financial consolidationIntercompany eliminationsStandardization of reporting across entitiesHandle intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminationsOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsLead month-end and year-end close processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisAssist with mergers and acquisitions, including:Financial due diligence supportQuality of earnings and financial data organizationIntegration of newly acquired entities into accounting systemsPost-acquisition financial reporting alignmentPartner with external CPAs and advisors for tax filings, audits, and transaction supportIdentify and implement process improvements and internal controlsDeliver timely financial insights and reporting to leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting experience, including multi-entity environmentsAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Net Suite)Demonstrated experience with weekly cash management and forecastingStrong experience with consolidated financial reportingStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExposure to or experience supporting M&A transactions or integrations is highly preferredExperience with intercompany transactions and consolidationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong Excel skills; financial modeling experience is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction, services, or project-based industries is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusHealth, dental, vision, and Retirement benefitsPaid time off and company holidaysOpportunity to grow within a scaling, acquisition-driven platformDirect exposure to executive leadership and M&A strategyWhy Join Integrity?Join a company in active growth mode, where you'll play a key role in building scalable financial processes across a multi-entity platform while supporting acquisition execution, integration, and consolidated reporting.
