Initially, this means standing up the delivery model, developing the pilot customer base, and building the commercial architecture for outcome-as-a-service contracts. At scale, it means running a practice that spans multiple simultaneous engagements across the infrastructure market.This is an executive role, not a delivery role. You will own the relationships with agency executives who control capital program budgets. You will collaborate with Aurigo leadership team to help translate field intelligence into strategic decisions. You will be present at key moments in every engagement, but day-to-day delivery is your team's job.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the executive relationship at every active FDE account serving as senior Aurigo sponsor and the escalation point for anything requiring executive authoritySource and qualify new pilot opportunities, coordinating with Aurigo's sales and customer success teamsStructure, price, and close FDE commercial agreements, translating delivered agents into outcome as a service pricingLead the expansion conversation at mature pilot accounts, presenting the next-agent roadmap and driving incremental ARR growth through additional contracted agentsBuild and manage the FDE team; own hiring decisions and the practice's operating modelRepresent Aurigo's agentic delivery capability externally, at industry conferences, in customer executive briefings, and in conversations with potential partners and acquisition targetsTranslate field intelligence into product and strategy input; what agents the market needs, what is blocking deployments, what pricing the market will bearCandidate ProfileRequiredBachelor's degree in any discipline required. Master's degree in Computer Science or Management preferred10+ years of experience leading customer facing technology organizations or professional services teams.Experience structuring and closing professional services or technology agreements with public agenciesExperience scaling a professional services or delivery practiceTechnical fluency to discuss AI agent capabilities credibly with agency executives and make sound decisions about what the team can and cannot deliverA builder's orientation: you are energized by standing something new up, not managing something already establishedPreferredExperience in infrastructure technology, capital program consulting, or adjacent fieldsExecutive relationships across the public infrastructure owner community: DOTs, transit authorities, water utilities, or comparable agencies; relationships you can activate with a phone call, not just LinkedIn connectionsFamiliarity with AI-powered workflow automation, agentic platforms, or data-driven infrastructure operationsPrior P&L ownership or practice leadership responsibilityAurigo Software Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
