Virtual Tour Desk Agent
A company is looking for a Virtual Tour Desk Agent to coordinate guest tours and manage gifting programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assign tours to sales representatives and manage daily operations of gifting and tour assignments
Award gifts and premiums to guests and reconcile daily inventory of gift cards
Track and verify tour data for accurate reporting to corporate and assist guests with inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and company software
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
