The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and capable of balancing reactive support tasks with proactive relationship management.Core ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems (Salesforce)Maintain an average of 20 support interactions/day while ensuring professional service and accurate recordsProvide onboarding and ongoing check-ins with assigned professional accountsManage ~100 salon/spa or professional accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and satisfactionIdentify upsell opportunities and promote product launches and seasonal collectionsTroubleshoot application issues and ensure product usage compliance and educationMonitor account health and surface trends or concerns to internal teamsMaintain CRM data hygiene and contribute to internal improvement initiativesRequirementsKey Qualifications2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a client-facing support roleStrong multitasking and time management skillsExperience handling inbound calls while managing a book of businessAnalytical problem-solving with empathy and communication excellenceKnowledge of the professional nail/cosmetics industry preferredSystems & ToolsSyspro (ERP)Shopify (ecommerce)Salesforce (ticketing and live chat)Yotpo (reviews and loyalty)Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration toolsJ-18808-Ljbffr
