This role serves as a senior-level authority for system verification, providing independent consultation and enterprise leadership across Missile Warning technical and management domains.\nThe Chief Integration Engineer delivers strategic guidance on verification methodologies, approaches, and continuous improvement, ensuring system performance, reliability, and mission readiness across the FORGE enterprise.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Provide expert management and leadership for the Missile Warning Integration and Test team\nServe as senior-level independent technical authority for system verification and validation\nLead enterprise verification methodologies, standards, and improvement initiatives\nProvide strategic recommendations to enhance Missile Warning verification approaches\nEnsure alignment across integration, AIT, and RDT&E activities\nCollaborate with government stakeholders and enterprise engineering teams to support mission outcomes\nRequired Knowledge & Technical Expertise\n· FORGE Mission Data Processing Application Framework\nITW/AA Enterprise\nCommand and Control (C2) Systems\nMIL-STD-1521B\nAgile / Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence)\nDesign of Experiments (DOE)\nSystem Verification and Validation (V&V)\nAssembly, Integration, and Test (AIT)\nFORGE Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Environments\nQualifications\n· Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience supporting complex DoD or Missile Warning systems\nMaster’s degree in science or engineering\nDemonstrated senior-level leadership in system integration, test, and verification\nProven ability to provide independent technical authority and enterprise-level guidance\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nWhy ITSC\nAt ITSC, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled professionals supporting critical national defense missions.
