The Application Engineer provides technical support for electrical, controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems used in paper machine equipment. This role works closely with customers, sales, product management, and operations to develop solutions, prepare quotations, and support successful project execution.\n\nProvide technical expertise to customers and sales teams.\nDevelop technical and commercial quotations.\nRespond to customer and sales inquiries regarding products and applications.\nConfigure and recommend solutions based on customer requirements and system specifications.\nSupport order execution and resolve technical issues affecting customer orders.\nCollaborate with product management, engineering, service, and operations to ensure solutions meet customer needs.\nSupport customer visits, site evaluations, and technical presentations.\n\nWhat you’ll need:\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.\n2-5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial controls, automation, fluid systems, or paper machine equipment.\nKnowledge of PLCs, drives, instrumentation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial process equipment preferred.\nStrong technical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.\n\nWe offer\n\nWe offer a challenging work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
