Your passion for technology will drive the next era of our products, tech stack, and tooling.\r\nYour Day-to-day\r\nLeverage the latest technology and tools to deliver scalable, maintainable code\r\nOperate in a hybrid environment, including on-prem and multi-cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)\r\nCollaborate and participate in developing solutions together in cross-discipline teams\r\nActively participate in code reviews, leveraging code reviews to enforce best practices and software craftsmanship\r\nEvery engineer plays a part in the development and evolution of our technology roadmap, and we get to try out a lot of new and exciting emerging technologies as well as contribute to product evaluations as we select new software and tools to deploy in our environments\r\nDemonstrate a high-sense of ownership and accountability for work produced\r\nAbility to contribute to team success, as well as your own individual success\r\nYou'll Bring\r\n.NET / C# Expertise: Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+), including async/await, LINQ, multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.\r\nFrameworks & Tools: Proficiency with ASP.NET Core (Web API / MVC / Minimal APIs), .NET security (authentication, authorization, OAuth2/OpenID Connect), and common .NET libraries.\r\nORM & Data Access: Experience with Entity Framework Core and relational data access, including migrations, performance tuning, and optimized SQL when needed.\r\nMicroservices Architecture: Hands-on experience designing and building microservices.\r\nCloud Platforms: Expertise with AWS or Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with cloud-native tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
