You will partner with engineering teams to lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery. You'll collaborate with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and scientists across technical areas spanning the full range of Siri's capabilities. You should bring experience in software development, machine learning, and project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of driving and delivering complex projects. You should demonstrate high integrity and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.\n\nAs an experienced project leader for various complex and at times highly ambiguous technical projects, you will need to build strong collaborative relationships within the organization, as well as cross-functionally, and confidently and calmly manage any conflicts and challenges along the way. You will be responsible for driving execution, with a keen eye for important details, and communicating status and risks clearly.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nFamiliarity or prior experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.\n\nPrior hands-on experience in software development or model development.\n\nCuriosity and passion for new technologies and proven ability to quickly understand technical concepts.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n4+ years of project management experience in software development or machine learning, or related industry.\n\nKnowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies.\n\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and executives.\n\nExperience driving and delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple different teams.\n\nBS in Computer Science or related field, preferred.\n\nPay & Benefits\n\nAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\n\nApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
