Speaking Monitor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speaking Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to improve their spoken English through engaging, interactive sessions and will empower them to communicate effectively in various contexts.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver interactive speaking lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels.Conduct sessions that focus on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational skills.Encourage students to overcome language barriers and build confidence in speaking English.Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, ensuring they achieve their speaking goals.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine speaking modules.Must HaveBachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Speaking Trainer or English instructorExceptional command of spoken and written English.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (if applicable).Work ConditionsOnline positionIts a full-time position, requiring teaching six days a week for eight hours per day.In summer youll work from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. In winter from 1 p.m. to 9 p.mThe last 3 days of every month will be considered days off for all team members.Strong and stable internet.What We Offer?At Monglish International Academy, we believe in creating a rewarding and supportive environment for our team.
