Principal Antenna Engineer
We are hiring aPrincipal Antenna Engineerto lead the design and development of advanced multi-element antenna arrays for next-generation GNSS anti-jam and communication systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role focused on antenna innovation, RF integration, and product development from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and optimize multi-element antenna arrays including monopoles, dipoles, loops, and other microwave structures
Perform antenna modeling and electromagnetic simulation using tools such as HFSS
Develop impedance matching networks across multiple frequency bands
Support RF system-level design including LNAs, filters, mixers, amplifiers, PLLs, and VCOs
Conduct RF testing and characterization using lab equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
Perform antenna pattern measurements in anechoic chamber environments
Collaborate across engineering teams to transition prototype designs into production-ready solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electromagnetics, RF, or antenna design
Strong hands-on experience in antenna design, modeling, simulation, and development
Experience with RF measurement techniques and lab instrumentation
Knowledge of impedance matching and multi-band antenna systems
U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with GNSS frequency bands and anti-jam systems
Exposure to RF system integration and communication system design
