Your work will focus on optimizing commissioning of new technologies through automation, simplification and process improvement.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n\nDemonstrate ownership by acting as the Single Point of Contact for program needs.\nAdvance the maturity of programs through simplification, automation, and integration.\nDeep understanding the technology and systems at a technical level; provide guidance, recommendation, and reporting on program direction and progress.\nLead the development of org-level metrics to ensure the most impactful delivery goals are formulated to meet program goals.\nCoordinate working with each stakeholder team to ensure there is commitment to SMART goals that ladders into the org-level committed goal.\nOrganize internal team’s technical development roadmap and drive execution, testing and release.\nEstablish a cadence and mechanism to review goal statuses and progress towards committed SMART goals.\nManage escalations or misalignment when there are risks to delivering committed services with high quality; manages tradeoff decisions with key stakeholders.\nWork with stakeholder teams to determine the appropriate escalation, review process, and resolution for delivery blockers.\nDevelop clear RACI to drive accountability of each stakeholder contributor.\nEstablish a cadence to review the overall performance of the stakeholder teams, the timeline, and progress to overall deliverables.\nManage any associated Correction of Error (COE) and Lessons Learned documentation and drive. follow-up actions that to solve for root cause with responsible owners.\nSupport Tech Deployment goals and initiatives via direct and indirect contribution.\nAbility to travel throughout North America up to 50% of the time based on business needs.\nA day in the life\nAmazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children.
