Medical Services Office Assistant

CPLC CARF accredited Centro Esperanza offers specialized services for SMI populations focusing on case management and psychiatric services. We provide trauma-informed support tailored to individual needs supporting the people we serve recovery journey.Minimum Qualifications And CompetenciesHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Some experience from which knowledge and skills can be utilized to perform general clerical work.Able to obtain fingerprint clearance card.Have excellent phone etiquette, and be customer service driven, and able to multi-task.Must have written and verbal communications skills.Able to work with minimum supervision, knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, Access)Other RequirementsExperience and commitment to working with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations.Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams).Excellent documentation skillsProven ability to follow-up and meet deadlines.
