Role: IP Operations Specialist/380137Location: San Jose/CA/HybridDuration: 6 Months ContractNotes:Hybrid 3x per weekDescriptionThis is an exciting role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with IP Operations to support the broader IP Group, and all aspects of SSI’s global patent portfolio management. The IP Operations Specialist will have 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, including experience with patent docketing systems, tools, and public databases.Responsibilities to include patent docketing, database management, vendor correspondence, and other projects as assigned. Experience with Anaqua is a plus. Must be an independent and strategic thinker with the ability to manage conflicting priorities efficiently. This position is exposed to proprietary company information, so strict adherence to confidentiality policy is requiredRequirements·                 5+ years of patent-specific legal experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate ·                 Patent prosecution experience at a large law firm or in-house corporation is preferred.
