Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months (Full-time after December)Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team. Valid Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)). Extensive, hands-on knowledge and experience with Jira for Agile project management. Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Proven experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively remove impediments. Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Scrum certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II). Experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, QA) prior to becoming a Scrum Master. Experience with other Agile tools like Confluence.
