This key position works closely with our customers to assist them in their daily processing of financials, pricebook management and inventory reconciliation. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide end user software support via telephone / email / web for retail accounting software, ADD eStore and Atlas Reporting\nResearch accounting discrepancies in daily paperwork and inventory\nTroubleshoot technical problems\nAssist with software set-up and configuration\nOutgoing communication with team members and other departments\nREQUIREMENTS\nPrevious convenience store / retail experience is preferred\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills\nDetail-oriented with organizational skills\nWorks well in a team-oriented environment\nBasic accounting and inventory knowledge\nPrevious customer service experience\nCompetent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Windows\nKnowledge of general networking a plus\nExperience with inventory reconciliation a plus\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThis is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone.\nSelected candidate will work out of our Warwick, RI office, or remotely if approved.\nSalary range: $60,000-80,000 USD.\nWho is ADD Systems?\nADD Systems is dedicated to providing the best software and hardware solutions to our customers in the Energy Distribution and Convenience Store industries.
