While our primary focus is on addressing skin health, we also provide select cosmetic services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant based in Richmond, VA. The Medical Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting physicians and healthcare providers with patient care, including taking medical histories, preparing examination rooms, updating medical records, and assisting with medical procedures. Additional responsibilities include managing medical office tasks and maintaining an organized, patient-friendly environment. A strong commitment to providing exceptional care to patients is essential. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Patient Care, with a focus on providing compassionate and excellent support to patients.Understanding of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate and document patient information.Experience in Medical Office operations and familiarity with administrative tasks in a clinical setting.Proficiency in handling Medical Records, including accurate input and management of sensitive patient information.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team.Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not required.Familiarity with dermatology or previous experience in a dermatologic setting is a plus.
