The next you'll be designing backend infrastructure, launching customer-facing features, improving internal tooling, or experimenting with entirely new products.\n\nThere are no silos.\n\nIf something helps the company move faster, you'll probably build it.\n\nYou'll have real ownership over architecture, product decisions, and the engineering culture we're creating.\n\nAI isn't optional.\nWe expect every engineer at 8x to be AI-native.\n\nAI should be how you think, build, debug, learn, and ship.\n\nYou're constantly trying new models, coding agents, and workflows.
