The selected candidate will develop and maintain business applications, automation solutions, and data management tools that support mission-critical operations. This role requires collaboration with government and contractor personnel to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. An ideal candidate has significant experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate in a Navy or DoD environment.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support engineering and operational requirements.\r\nSupport data transformation, reporting, and process automation initiatives across NAVWAR organizations.\r\nProvide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Power Platform applications and workflows.\r\nIntegrate and manage data across SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise systems to improve accessibility and consistency.\r\nWork Location\r\nHybrid/local remote. A minimum of one full onsite day every week is required, as well as periodic in-person meeting attendance (e.g., all-hands meetings, special events, etc.). Onsite days are based at NIWC PAC Point Lomain, San Diego, CA. Additional onsite days, up to and including fully onsite, may be required at the request of the government customer.\r\nWork Schedule\r\nThis position follows the California Alternate Work Week Schedule: Monday–Thursday are 9-hour days; Fridays are alternating 8- or 0-hour days, for a total of 80 hours every two weeks. Workday starts at 7:15 am PST Monday–Thursday and on working Fridays.\r\nTypical Physical Activity\r\nPrimarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve repetitive motion.\r\nPay Range\r\nThe anticipated pay for this position in the identified location(s) is $43.14 hour. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience.\r\nSecurity Clearance\r\nExisting Secret security clearance required. This position requires an existing active or interim Secret security clearance prior to hire. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; therefore, only current U.S. citizens will be considered for this position.
