Keystone Retreat (Sunshine Behavioral Health) is a residential substance use treatment facility in Ephrata, PA, focused on helping individuals build lasting recovery.Please note: While our facility name reflects the historical name of the location, we are a separate organization with no affiliation to prior entities associated with the area.We're hiring a Maintenance Lead to keep our campus safe, clean, and running smoothly.What You'll Do:Handle work orders and facility repairsMaintain building systems and preventative maintenance schedulesSupport daily upkeep, cleanliness, and groundsCoordinate with leadership and respond to on-call needsKeep maintenance logs and meet accreditation standardsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent2-3 years of supervisory or maintenance experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationCPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)Ability to pass background check and drug screen
