The Senior Administrator, EHS Systems serves as a subject matter expert responsible for administering enterprise safety systems, leading digital solutions implementations, and delivering advanced analytics that support compliance, operational performance, and decision-making.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nOwns system configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise safety systems to ensure alignment with business requirements and support evolving safety program needs.\r\nExecutes initiatives aligned to the EHS Systems strategy, independently owning the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion.\r\nLeads end-to-end implementation of digital and electronic safety solutions, including requirements definition, system configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.\r\nSupports and enforces data integrity standards and governance practices across safety and compliance systems.\r\nDesigns and delivers monthly safety metrics and performance reporting, providing insights that inform leadership decision-making.\r\nPerforms advanced analysis of incidents, audits, corrective actions, safety KPIs, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and actionable opportunities.\r\nLeads data validation and reconciliation across safety systems, safety system data, and regulatory sources.\r\nPartners with Safety Leadership to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven findings.\r\nConducts data review and validation processes supporting FMCSA DataQ submissions.\r\nBuilds advanced analytical tools, models, and automated solutions (Excel or similar platforms) to improve reporting efficiency and decision support.\r\nServes as execution lead for system and analytics initiatives.\r\nAdvises stakeholders on system capabilities, reporting functionality, and best practices to maximize value and usability; evaluates workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and leads automation and optimization efforts.\r\nAssists in integrating safety systems, data, and reporting processes during acquisitions to ensure continuity, compliance, and operational alignment.\r\nCollaborates with field teams to ensure accurate reporting and consistent data practices.\r\nMaintains system documentation and reporting frameworks.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities\r\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nBachelor's degree in safety management, data analytics, business, or related field.\r\n5+ years of experience in safety analytics, EHS systems administration, or data analysis roles.\r\nExperience administering business systems and leading technical projects.\r\nExperience with regulatory data (FMCSA or OSHA preferred).\r\nOr equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nCompetencies\r\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\r\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\r\nAdvanced analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at evaluating multiple perspectives, anticipating downstream implications, and making evidence-based decisions.\r\nStrong project leadership; experienced in guiding cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.\r\nAbility to work independently; initiative, resourcefulness, and self-direction.\r\nEffective communication and stakeholder influence; clear and transparent communication.\r\nSystem administration and data governance knowledge; familiarity with system configurations, permissions, and operational workflows.\r\nAdvanced Excel proficiency – formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, automation, dashboard creation.\r\nAttention to detail and data accuracy; rigorous quality standards.\r\nWork Environment / Physical Activity\r\nWork is in an office setting and sedentary with physical effort associated with using a computer but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.\r\nMay be required to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 pounds.\r\nLimited travel may be required.\r\nEmployment Information\r\nThis position was posted on June 18, 2026 and will remain open for at least five days until filled.\r\nIn addition to the base wage, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
