You will work collaboratively to administer and continuously improve our internal apprenticeship program and work closely with other safety team members and internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver a holistic training program for our employees.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct training and training evaluations through ample knowledge of electrical standards of practice\nEvaluate the skill level and competency of new hires and existing linemen who are progressing through the apprenticeship program\nInstruct and evaluate field employees on compliance related to company, customer and federal/state regulatory requirements\nVerify that all employees receive proper instruction on safety and technical skills\nAdvance the safety culture of the workforce through engagement and demonstrations of the Core Values in practical application\nSeek out opportunities to improve training content and delivery methods\nEmploy learning theory strategies to maximize training for all types of learners and skill levels\nDevelop and manage training/evaluation atmosphere conducive to proven adult learning and classroom management techniques\nPerform other responsibilities as requested by leadership\nWhat You'll Have\nHS Diploma or GED required; degree or professional accreditation preferred.\n10+ years electric transmission and/or distribution construction experience required.
