As a vital contributor, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring roofs with precision and professionalism, ensuring safety and excellence at every step. We value skilled contractors who are motivated to provide outstanding craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, all while maintaining a regural schedule and steady work Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized roofing equipment to meet project specifications. Conduct thorough inspections of roofing structures, identifying issues related to leaks, damage, or deterioration for timely repairs. Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timeframes for efficient project planning. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Must be able to complete multiple roofing repair jobs daily independently. Must have own tools and equipent to complete repairs Requirements Proven experience in roofing installation and repair within a construction site environment. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment necessary for roofing projects. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights on roofs or scaffolding. Strong understanding of safety practices on construction sites including fall protection measures. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to restoration work or remodeling projects. Valid certifications or licenses relevant to roofing or general construction are preferred but not mandatory.
