Learn more at www.dminc.comAbout the Opportunity\r\nDMI, LLCis seeking aData Engineerto join us.Duties and Responsibilities:Database monitoring, integration, replication, notification, analysis, tuning, problem resolution, reporting and production supportPerforming SQL server software upgrades; service packs and versions including testing and evaluation of patching strategiesCoordinating with functional DBA's on database operations, hardware architecture, and securityCreating primary database storage structures, database objects, migration scripts to modify structures and objectsDesigning efficient database architecture and maintain performance and tuningOptimizing database performance, security, and user accessCoordinating allocation of storage and forecasting space requirementsIdentifying long running single queriesScheduling, automating, executing and monitoring job and system performancePerforming capacity planningModifying database structuresProviding database application support.
