This individual will be responsible for application performance optimization, monitoring strategy, cloud migration support, service reliability improvements, and troubleshooting complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps, cloud, application support, and performance engineering experience, along with expertise supporting large-scale web and mobile applications. Candidates should be comfortable working across development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve application stability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\r\nCore Responsibilities Review and optimize application performance across web and mobile platforms.\r\nAnalyze application behavior and traffic patterns to provide forecasting and capacity planning recommendations.\r\nDesign, implement, and enhance monitoring solutions for support and operations teams.\r\nImprove service availability, reliability, and operational performance.\r\nSupport cloud migration planning, validation, and execution activities.\r\nTroubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues and identify root causes.\r\nConfigure, tune, maintain, and support enterprise application environments.\r\nDevelop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.\r\nSupport CI/CD processes and DevOps toolchains.\r\nWork closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, and operations teams.\r\nMonitor and optimize application health in cloud and hybrid environments.\r\nSupport production and pre-production environments.\r\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, and automation.\r\nRequired Skills / Experience 5+ years of DevOps, Application Support, Systems Engineering, or related experience.\r\nStrong experience with application performance tuning and optimization.\r\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise web and mobile applications.\r\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.\r\nExperience with monitoring, diagnostics, and observability tools.\r\nExperience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\r\nKnowledge of microservices architecture.\r\nExperience with Java Spring Boot APIs.\r\nExperience supporting React-based front-end applications.\r\nExperience working with relational databases.\r\nExperience supporting production environments and critical business applications.\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\r\nPreferred Skills / Experience Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.\r\nExperience with cloud migration projects.\r\nExperience supporting customer-facing digital applications.\r\nKnowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.\r\nExperience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.\r\nExperience working within financial services or highly regulated environments.\r\nKey Competencies & Behaviors Proactive\r\nOwnership\r\nAnalytical\r\nProblem Solving\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\nWork Environment / Location Remote, U.S. based.
