The Structural Engineer will work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and clients to develop practical, code-compliant solutions from concept through construction. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adept at structural analysis, and experienced with Revit and BIM workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, timber, and masonry systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards.Develop and produce structural drawings, calculations, and specifications using Revit and other design software.Coordinate structural design with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and integrate systems.Prepare construction documents, including plans, details, and notes, and support permitting and bid processes.Conduct site visits and construction administration, including reviewing submittals, answering RFIs, and performing inspections.Perform quality control reviews of calculations, drawings, and BIM models to ensure accuracy and constructability.Mentor junior engineers and interns; review work produced by EITs and other staff.Contribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and client communications to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) license required or in progress; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification strongly preferred for early career candidates.3+ years of structural design experience for building or infrastructure projects; senior roles may require 7+ years.Proficiency with Revit and experience implementing BIM processes and collaboration workflows.Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., RAM, ETABS, SAP2000) and hand-calculation fundamentals.Familiarity with building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, local codes) and permitting processes.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to perform site visits and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams; civil and structural coordination experience is a plus.BenefitsMedical/Dental/VisionHSA/FSA Accounts AvailableLife & AD&D InsuranceShort-term & Long-term Disability Insurance401k  (50% match with no cap)Employee Assistance ProgramsHolidays OffPTO/Sick Leave  Email Your Resume In Word ToLance.Beyer@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
