If this sounds like you, then we want you on our team.A Brief OverviewThe Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate processing and recording of company's payroll with special focus on the retail payroll operations. Provides timely and accurate payroll information to outside departments. Collaborates with L&D to provide payroll related subject matter training for Retail. Participates in daily data entry payroll processing.Leadership ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have people leadership responsibilities.What You'll DoResponsibilities include performing all daily payroll operations to process a full cycle multi-state payroll for retail. Provides direction and enforces company policyEnsures accurate and timely processing of payroll by reviewing accuracy of time and attendance, new hire on-boarding, manual form requests, and making adjustments as needed. Maintains all payroll records in accordance with applicable laws and regulationsProcess paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. Ensures employees records are accurate by conducting an audit after each payroll.Research, prioritize, manage, and resolved client issuesIssue off cycle manual check payments and distribute as neededRespond to Verification of Employment requestProvides requested payroll information to outside departmentsReconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reportsExecute Enterprise eTime and Store Force time and attendance processing and interface with payroll (ADP WorkForce Now). Will provide training for new team membersAdheres to all company policies and proceduresEmbodies and demonstrates company ethics and valuesAbides by all federal, state and local lawsHow You'll Be SuccessfulStrong organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of payroll, wage, tax laws, and regulationsSkilled at administering training and presentationsExperienced with ADP WorkForce Now and general human resources procedures and systemsCritical thinking skills by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.Able to apply general rules to specific problems to produce solutions that make senseAble to add subtract, multiply or divide accuratelyAble to work in a fast-paced team environmentWhat You'll NeedBachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of training, education and experience3-4 years experience processing multi-state payroll requiredComputer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Microsoft Edge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Yammer, Teams, etc.), Adobe, FileZilla. requiredExperience working with ADP payroll system requiredSALARY / PAY RANGE: $70,304 - $75,000Pay TransparencyTo encourage pay transparency, promote pay equity, and proactively address regulations, ASICS America Corporation will comply with all applicable state or local laws or regulations which require employers to provide pay or salary range information to job applicants and employees.
