Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)

Our goal each and every day is to provide care, comfort and respect to our residents. We are looking for an individual with skill, ability and compassion to fulfill our full-time Maintenance Assistant Technician position.Key Responsibilities:Performing maintenance, service and repair of the interior and exterior of our communities that can and will include HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, general labor and lawn/landscapingResponding to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their roomsMaintaining positive communications with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the communityQualifications:High school diploma or GED2-5 years of general maintenance experience including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systemsFlexibility with schedule, including availability to work weekendsMust enjoy working with seniorsA successful candidate will be detail oriented and focused on customer service.
