This multifaceted position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including inspection and testing activities, internal audits, documentation control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with established quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset geared toward continuous improvement. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to uphold and advance quality excellence across the organization.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate’s Degree or Technical Certificate required\n2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within electronics manufacturing.\nFamiliarity with electronic/electrical components and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, multimeters, AOI).\nUnderstanding of environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).\nExperience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nStrong work ethic and professional relationship-building skills.\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently after training.\nFlexible and willing to cross-train across QA functions.\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.\nAbility to interpret technical documentation and visual aids.\nCompetent in computer navigation and data entry.\nTeam-oriented with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.\nAble to perform job functions without posing a safety risk to others.\nExperience with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 Standards.\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nSkilled in maintaining accurate inspection records.\nProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Access, SPC, or quality software is a plus.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.\nProficient in reading technical drawings and specifications (GD&T).\nABOUT US\nDITEK, a leader in surge protection solutions, is proud to have been voted one of Tampa Bay's Top Workplaces for 16 years in a row.
