The Hostler will be responsible for taking inventory of vehicle providing pictures and condition reports. You will be provided a tablet and a tow truck to move vehicles around the yard and or move them to transports. As well as assist customer in releasing of their vehicle and or personal property. Along with maintaining the yard cleanliness.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Hostler\nMust have a valid Class C driver’s license.\nMust have a valid forklift certification or be able to obtain forklift certification as required by the company.\nMust have general knowledge of vehicles.\nMust be able to safely and efficiently move vehicles using a tow truck auto loader.\nMust be willing to work any assigned shift, including non-standard work weeks when needed.\nMust be able to communicate effectively using a cell phone, tablet, radio, or direct-connect device.\nMust be able to follow instructions from dispatchers, team leaders, and management.\nMust have a demonstrated history of excellent attendance and reliability.\nMust be able to multitask in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.\nMust have good verbal and written communication skills.\nMust have active listening skills and the ability to stay focused around distractions.\nMust have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take decisive action when needed.\nMust be professional when dealing with customers, law enforcement, transporters, and coworkers.\nMust be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.\nMust be able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nPunctuality and regular attendance is required No exceptions.\nPut vehicle up for auction\nclean vehicles out and prep them and inventory them\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:\n1. Must be willing to work any shift and non-standard work weeks as assigned.\n2. Must have a valid driver's license.\n3.Must have a general knowledge of vehicles.\n4.Class C driver License required.\n5. Ability to safely and efficiently spot, drop and move using a Tow truck Auto Loader\n6. Ability to effectively communicate using direct-connect devices / cell phone.\n7. Able to follow instructions from Dispatchers & Team Leaders.\n8. Must possess demonstrated history of excellent attendance.\n9.
