This role offers the opportunity to lead complex cross-functional programs, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive process improvements that directly impact business performance.\n\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a program manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple teams, and has a passion for delivering operational excellence.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for Factory Services requests and initiatives.\n\nAct as the customer-facing interface, partnering with customers and sales teams to ensure successful execution of project requests.\n\nLead multiple cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal development partners.\n\nManage strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business processes.\n\nOversee logistics and coordination of parts required for product builds and prototypes.\n\nDevelop and manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation plans.\n\nMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure timelines and business objectives are achieved.\n\nCommunicate program updates, risks, and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership.\n\nDrive process improvements, documentation standards, and implementation of best practices.\n\nMentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.\n\nRequired\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n7-10+ years of experience in:\n\nProgram or Project Management\n\nManufacturing Operations\n\nProduct Development\n\nCross-Functional Team Leadership\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience in manufacturing, hardware, engineering, or factory service environments.\n\nExperience supporting prototype or new product introduction (NPI) programs.\n\nThis is paying between $45-55/hr based on years of experience.
