Demonstrates reading comprehension with knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words; rules of composition, and grammar.\nActive listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.\nCritical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\nSpeaking – Talking to others to convey information effectively\nWork Environment / Physical Requirements\nIndoors – This position is located in the Production Plant.\nThe typical work day is standing for long periods of time\nEmployee must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.\nDuration of a Typical Work Week – This position is a four (4) day work week consisting of ten (10) hours per day.\nWork Styles\nImportance of Being Accurate – This job requires a high level of accuracy with an attention to details.
