This role partners with security operations, IT teams, project managers, contractors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant security solutions across multiple facilities.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, deploy, and support Avigilon security solutions, including Avigilon Unity/Control Center (ACC), Access Control Manager (ACM), and video analytics platforms.\nEngineer and maintain enterprise CCTV, video surveillance, access control, intercom, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems.\nManage system configurations, upgrades, patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle planning for physical security devices.\nDevelop security technology standards, architecture documentation, operational procedures, and system diagrams.\nPerform system troubleshooting and root cause analysis for hardware, software, networking, and integration issues.\nSupport integration of Avigilon platforms with enterprise applications, identity management systems, and third-party security solutions.\nCollaborate with physical security construction and project teams to support new site deployments, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.\nReview construction drawings, security designs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with organizational standards.\nConduct site surveys, risk assessments, and technology evaluations for new and existing facilities.\nEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to security technologies.\nProvide technical guidance to security operations teams, vendors, and contractors.\nSupport testing, commissioning, system acceptance, and turnover activities for new installations.\nDevelop and maintain monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery procedures for critical security systems.\nParticipate in on-call support and incident response activities as required.\n\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Physical Security, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.\nHands-on experience with Avigilon Control Center (ACC) and Avigilon Access Control Manager (ACM).\nExperience with IP video surveillance, access control, and security monitoring technologies.\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, switching, routing, and network security principles.\nExperience configuring and supporting cameras, video recorders, card readers, controllers, and security appliances.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, network diagrams, and technical documentation.\nExperience managing vendors, installers, and system integrators.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAvigilon Technical Certification or equivalent physical security certifications.\nExperience with Genetec, LenelS2, Software House CCURE, Gallagher, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud-connected security technologies and hybrid architectures.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise, critical infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, or data center environments.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks and security hardening practices.\nPMP, PSP, CPP, or related industry certifications.\nTechnical Skills\nAvigilon Unity/ACC\nAvigilon Access Control Manager (ACM)\nCCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS)\nAccess Control Systems\nIP Networking\nWindows Server Administration\nSQL Databases\nVideo Analytics\nSecurity System Integrations\nPhysical Security Infrastructure\nIncident Response and Troubleshooting\n\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
