This position is ideal for someone with construction experience who enjoys leading projects, working with their hands, and delivering exceptional customer service.\nIf you are reliable, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership position, we'd love to meet you.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish while ensuring every customer receives a professional, high-quality installation.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLead residential and light commercial floor coating installations.\nOperate professional concrete grinders, hand grinders, and industrial dust collection equipment.\nPrepare concrete surfaces by grinding, repairing cracks, filling joints, and repairing damaged concrete.\nMix and apply epoxy primers, polyaspartic coatings, decorative vinyl flakes, and protective clear topcoats.\nInstall floor coating systems according to company quality standards.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.\nLoad, unload, organize, and maintain company trailers, vehicles, and equipment.\nTrain and mentor other installers while promoting safe work practices.\nCommunicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after each project.\nComplete projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.\nQualificationsRequired\nMinimum of 2 years of construction or skilled labor experience\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\nReliable transportation\nAbility to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday\nAbility to work on your feet for extended periods\nStrong work ethic\nPositive attitude\nExcellent attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and lead others\nWillingness to learn new products and installation techniques\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required:\nEpoxy floor coatings\nPolyaspartic floor systems\nConcrete grinding\nConcrete finishing\nDecorative concrete\nFlooring installation\nPainting\nRestoration\nSurface preparation\nGeneral construction\nExperience with epoxy flooring is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and strong work ethic.\nProfessional Standards\nAt Elevation Surface Solutions, we take pride in providing a safe, professional, and customer-focused work environment.
