Relief\nSocialization\nResources / Info / Basic Needs Assistance\nHygiene / Appearance\nGrief & Support\nCaregiver Services Engaged\nAdvocacy / Civic Engagement\nVolunteerism\nDiscussion / Focus Groups\nLifelong Learning\nGiving Back\nLeaving a Legacy\nHobbies / Travel\nIndependence Connected\nCivic Engagement\nInternet / Technology Training\nSpotting / Outreach the Isolated\nKeeping involved & engaged\nProvide General Social Service Support, including:\nCase Management Assistance\nEntitlements & Benefits\nInfo & Referral\nIntakes, Case Monitoring & Follow Up\nCrisis intervention\nTelephone Reassurance\nAssuring that all center members are assessed annually, including home visits if warranted\nActively support and assist in developing, promoting and maintaining various volunteer opportunities, including any relevant volunteer or advisory committees.\nAssist members with their fundraising opportunities Assist Senior Center Director in maintaining senior center budget, including timely and accurate ordering and purchasing of supplies\nAssist Director in submitting required reports, which include senior center's monthly reports and expense reports\nMaintain tracking system on units of services & programs provided\nPromote the agency and center by performing outreach, participating in community events, and representing the agency to the public and community leaders\nPrepare flyers, newsletters, bulletin boards and other informational materials as necessary.\nKeep members informed through announcements, postings, etc.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree strongly preferred\nExcellent Office Management Skills\nExperience working with Older Adults preferred\nExcellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills\nStrong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office\nExcellent communication skills (written and oral)\nProfessionalism and other qualities:\nAbility to work well independently and on a team\nMaturity and good judgment in relating to peers, partners, and families\nAbility to work with people from diverse backgrounds\nAvailability, dependability, and willingness to be flexible\nDemonstrated ability
