They also help the organization speed up and automate aspects of the software lifecycle through a series of DevOps practices and processes\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nImbibe DevOps methodology and practices across the product lifecycle for various software components\r\nAccelerate software releases while ensuring security and mitigating the risk of failed/ recalled software releases\r\nEnsure increase in cycle speed between feedback from end-user to an updated software by leveraging continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous feedback\r\nAssess current systems and processes, and identify and implement ways to improve them\r\nUtilize platform and enterprise tools and infrastructure to facilitate DevOps methodology and approach\r\nAssist code/software releases and deployments in various environments like production, testing, sandbox etc.\r\nIdentify and spearhead creation of automation and innovation opportunities throughout the software product lifecycle\r\nSkills Required\r\nMust have 3+ years' experience supporting and managing with Github.com EMU platform\r\nMust have good understanding of CI / CD pipeline including Jenkins, GitHub Actions\r\nNice to have: AI / ML bot and security, MCP server\r\nSkills Preferred\r\nProactively monitor support tickets and collaborate with customers to resolve GitHub platform and integration-related issues efficiently\r\nDemonstrate flexibility by collaborating with global teams outside of standard business hours as needed\r\nAble to come to office at least 4 days a week from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
