Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School

Job DetailsAMN Healthcare is partnering with a Waipahu, HI school district to hire a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Generally, the RBT will implement behavior intervention plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral challenges in a school environment, working closely with teachers and staff to provide consistent interventions and promote positive behaviors in the classroom. Responsibilities for this role include: Actively carry out individualized behavior plans designed to address specific student needs, including strategies for managing disruptive behaviors, increasing appropriate social skills, and teaching new skills.
