Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled Bodyshop Estimator to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Bodyshop Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and coordinating with customers, insurance companies, and the repair technician team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs required. Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry-standard software. Communicate with customers to explain the estimating process and provide updates on repair status. Collaborate with insurance adjusters to negotiate claims and ensure timely approval of repairs. Maintain an organized record of written estimates, photographs, and documentation for all repairs. Accompany insurance adjusters on inspections when necessary. Monitor the progress of repairs to ensure compliance with estimates and quality standards. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to estimates, repairs, or payments. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and damage assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus.
