AI Data Platform Product Manager | Annotation / EvaluationWe are looking for an AI Data Platform Product Manager to help design and build core data workflows for model training, annotation, quality control, evaluation, and dataset management. This role sits at the intersection of product, AI data operations, algorithm teams, and engineering.Responsibilities• Own the product design of the AI data platform, supporting workflows such as data cleaning, annotation, quality control, evaluation, and dataset management.• Design annotation and evaluation-related features, including task configuration, workflow management, review processes, quality control, and result management.• Work closely with algorithm teams to understand model training and evaluation needs, and translate those needs into clear product requirements.• Help define data standards, quality mechanisms, and operational processes to improve data reliability and usability.• Drive the implementation of intelligent annotation, pre-annotation, automated quality checks, and other efficiency-focused platform capabilities.• Track data usage and model performance impact, supporting bad case feedback loops, data optimization, and continuous model improvement.• Coordinate with algorithm, engineering, operations, and business teams to continuously iterate on platform capabilities.Requirements• 3+ years of product management experience.• Experience with data platforms, AI platforms, annotation platforms, evaluation platforms, or similar workflow-based systems.• Strong ability to structure complex workflows and translate them into scalable product and system designs.• Solid understanding of data cleaning, annotation, quality control, evaluation, and dataset management processes.• Interest in or experience with large language models, multimodal models, agents, intelligent annotation, or related AI areas.• Strong data sense, ownership, and cross-functional communication skills.• Experience with B2B platform products, task workflow systems, or AI data-related products is preferred.Nice to Have• Experience with LLMs, VLMs, SFT, RLHF, or model evaluation.• Experience with image, video, or multimodal data products.• Experience with automated annotation, human-in-the-loop workflows, expert annotation, or crowdsourced annotation.• Experience building platform products from 0 to 1.
