Works collaboratively within the assigned team / branch and with business partners.\r\nIdentifies gaps, issues and best practices through monitoring of sales and service performance targets against plans.\r\nContribute to the team's business objectives by building and maintaining client relationships through client acquisition both from internal referrals (within existing book of business) and external sources (through marketing initiatives).\r\nExpands the business growth potential of the team through telemarketing and outbound calls.\r\nCoordinates marketing activities and sales material to support client / prospect conversations.\r\nProvides detailed information about products and services offered.\r\nDetermines appropriate communication/service regarding all aspects of investing.\r\nIndependently resolves client complaints in a timely and effective manner; escalates as required.\r\nKeeps current with investment services marketplace, products, and service offerings and the legal and regulatory environment for the industry.\r\nCoordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.\r\nAnalyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.\r\nGathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.\r\nProvides specialized support related to investment client services issue including preparing information for client meetings, annual reviews, etc.\r\nEnsures client needs are met or exceeded; manages requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.\r\nMaintain the schedule / calendar to coordinate customer meetings and office coverage.\r\nMeets high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.\r\nDevelops rapport and instills confidence with the client to develop credibility and earn their trust.\r\nOrganizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.\r\nFollows through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensures an effectively run branch.\r\nProtects the Bank's assets and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements.\r\nCompletes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees.\r\nAnalyzes issues and determines next steps.\r\nBroader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.\r\nTake measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.\r\nQualifications\r\nTypically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of investment process and procedures.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of proprietary products and services in order to identify potential products and services to client needs and advise members of the team.\r\nRelevant investment industry licensing for the designated jurisdiction / portfolio.\r\nSpecialized knowledge.\r\nVerbal & written communication skills - Good.\r\nOrganization skills - Good.\r\nCollaboration & team skills - Good.\r\nAnalytical and problem solving skills - Good.\r\nCompensation\r\nSalary: $41,714.00 - $65,000.00\r\nPay Type: Salaried\r\nThe above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
