This is a contract opportunity for engineers with strong hands-on networking experience and a valid CCNA certification .\r\nResponsibilities: Install, replace, and decommission network equipment\r\nPerform rack & stack activities for network hardware\r\nTrace, label, and patch copper and fiber cabling\r\nInstall and replace Cisco switches, routers, and related hardware\r\nProvide onsite Smart Hands support to remote network engineering teams\r\nPerform console access, device validation, and basic network troubleshooting\r\nVerify hardware connectivity and assist with implementation activities\r\nDocument completed work and communicate project status\r\nRequired Qualifications: Active CCNA certification (Required)\r\nExperience with Cisco switches, routers, and enterprise networking equipment\r\nHands-on experience with rack & stack, structured cabling, and hardware replacement\r\nKnowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and basic network troubleshooting\r\nExperience working in Smart Hands, Field Services, Data Center, or Network Support environments\r\nAbility to follow implementation plans and work independently onsite\r\nStrong communication and documentation skills\r\nRequired Tools (Must Have): Laptop with administrative access\r\nRack screws\r\nRequired SFP modules (as applicable)\r\nFiber patch cords\r\nEthernet patch cords\r\nBasic hand tools\r\nCompensation & Payment: Competitive hourly rate\r\nMonthly invoicing based on approved hours worked and completed activities\r\nPayment processed within Net 15 days after invoice approval\r\nThis is an onsite contract opportunity with confirmed project work.
