Wendy's - 1105 Main Street - Responsibilities: Hire, train and develop staff members; Operate the restaurant on scheduled shifts; Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability; Manage a 50-hour work week with 40 hours at regular rate and 10 hours at overtime; Schedule and oversee 5 days / 10 hour shifts or more as needed
