Working alongside Project Architects, Interior Designers, and other members of our multidisciplinary team, you will help translate design intent into detailed, coordinated drawings used for bidding and construction.\r\nIn this role, you will build your knowledge of OHM Advisors' standards and procedures while gaining hands‑on experience throughout different phases of a project. You will contribute to the preparation of plans and details, field documentation, project organization, and coordination while continuing to develop your technical skills and understanding of the architectural design and construction process.\r\nYour ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural drawings and plans that communicate design intent and support bidding and construction.\r\nAssist Project Architects and Interior Designers in applying principles, methods, and techniques of the architectural, engineering, design, and construction disciplines.\r\nReview and draft plans and details in accordance with project design requirements and company standards.\r\nSupport the preparation and coordination of construction documents, including plans and details, alongside Project Architects and Interior Designers.\r\nAssist with project filing, organization, and documentation throughout different phases of the project.\r\nPerform detailed field measurements and documentation.\r\nPrepare and submit applications for plan review to local jurisdictions.\r\nComplete assigned project responsibilities within established schedules and deadlines.\r\nTake initiative in moving assigned tasks and project responsibilities toward completion.\r\nLearn and apply new design strategies, techniques, and industry practices.\r\nCollaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.\r\nRequirementsMinimum of a two-year associate degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related technical field, or a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or a related field.\r\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial architecture firm.\r\nProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office programs.\r\nStrong verbal communication and collaboration skills.\r\nStrong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and an interest in architecture and the built environment.\r\nAbility to take initiative while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.\r\nHealthcare and/or multifamily project experience is a plus.\r\nReliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for field measurements and project needs as required.\r\nBenefitsAt OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
