Precision in ActionDevelop & Lead Quality SystemsSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with AS9100 and company requirementsLead quality system and process development activities supporting startup and operational readinessDevelop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and controlled documentationSupport document control, revision management, change control, and configuration management activitiesAssist with inspection plans, quality standards, acceptance criteria, and manufacturing controlsDrive Continuous Improvement & ComplianceSupport internal, customer, and third-party audit preparation activitiesDrive root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologiesAnalyze quality metrics, trends, and process data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce riskSupport nonconformance management activities including documentation, investigation, containment, and resolution trackingPromote a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organizationSupport Manufacturing Readiness & GrowthPartner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program teams to support manufacturing readiness and implementation activitiesCollaborate
