This role is critical in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role is based in our Plano, TX office, with up to 50% travel required as needed.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout in partnership with the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.\nAssist in developing and maintaining project schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6) while tracking milestones and critical path items.\nManage RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, meeting minutes, and document revisions to ensure accurate and timely communication.\nHelp solicit, evaluate, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep work aligned with schedule and scope.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, pay applications, and change order pricing and tracking.\nParticipate in site walks to verify work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards; track punch list items and corrective actions.\nAssist with permitting, utility coordination, material procurement, and long-lead item tracking.\nAttend OAC meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and inspectors.\nSupport final inspections, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and turnover documentation.\nGain hands-on experience across scheduling, budgeting, field operations, and client coordination in a fast-paced project environment.\nAdditional tasks as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in construction management, construction science, or relative program.\n2+ years related professional experience and/or training.\nFamiliarity with construction documents, processes, and project lifecycle.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email; and must have the capability of becoming proficient with various Programs and Applications related to the work such as Smart Sheet, Procore, Building Connected, and other project management software.\nOSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nWork Conditions & Travel:\nThis is an in-office role based in Plano, TX, with up to 50% national travel as needed.
