Our goal is that this partnership supports the future growth and development of our current managers so that they become future Assistant Managers. Responsibilities Perform all duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's absence. Crew assignment, training, and motivation of the team during your shift Ensure all Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health, and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to Customer relationship management Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
